On September 24, 2026, the electric power company and Hardian Group entered into a share transfer agreement for Ocean Smart Equipment. Harbin Electric Group agreed to transfer 100% of the shares of Ocean Smart Equipment held by Hardian Group. The transfer price was RMB 148.614 million (equivalent to about HK$17.269,900). After this transfer, Ocean Smart Equipment will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the motor company.
