Eastnine Closes Purchase of EUR285 Million Office Property in Warsaw

01:16 AM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Eastnine (EAST.ST) said Friday that it completed the purchase of The Bridge office property in Warsaw, Poland, at an underlying value of 285 million euros. The 40-story office building has 55,300 square meters of lettable area and a 280-space underground parking garage. Belgian developer Ghelamco built the property, which also includes the five-story Bellona building. The building is 98% leased to eight tenants, including the Polish arm of Austrian lender Erste Group Bank (EBS.VI), the Stockholm-listed property group noted.
