YIT Lands Fit-Out Deal for XTX Markets' Finnish Data Center

01:59 AM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- YIT (YIT.HE) signed a contract with XTX Markets for the interior finishing phase, building services engineering, and commissioning of its third data center in Kajaani, Finland. Works will begin later this year, following completion of the facility's shell and core phase, the Finnish contractor said in a Friday release. The value of the contract was not disclosed.
