05:52 AM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Berenberg maintained Geberit's (GEBN.SW) buy rating and price target of 650 francs, highlighting the Swiss sanitary products and bathroom ceramics manufacturer's decentralized organizational model as a key competitive driver. "Geberit combines strong functional expertise with decentralised responsibility, proximity to customers and clear accountability. We believe this organisational model helps explain why Geberit has continued to outperform competitors despite weak European construction markets. The entire organisation is aligned around only five KPIs: top-line growth, EBITDA margin, earnings growth, return on invested capital and reduction of CO₂ emissions. We like the simplicity: growth is explicitly combined with profitability and capital discipline," the research firm said Thursday after the company's recent sell-side-only analyst dinner. Analysts also see "substantial" structural growth opportunities for the company across 36 European markets, citing conversion opportunities alongside an aging population requiring accessible bathrooms. "We believe these drivers provide growth opportunities largely independent of the construction cycle," the note said. The research firm's estimates for the company were unchanged.
