The Friday outlook change reflects the rating agency's expectation that the Polish utility's distribution EBITDA will be lower than expected due to a normalizing weighted average cost of capital and a lower supply performance, as well as a negative free cash flow that will lift funds from operations net leverage, albeit within the rating's sensitivity range. Meanwhile, the affirmation shows Tauron's dominant share and strong market position in regulated electricity distribution, alongside limited profitability and a weak generation asset base.
