Huilu Ecology (001267.SZ): Plans to invest 309 million yuan to build the Junheng Technology R&D and production base project

Zhitong Finance App News, Huilu Ecology (001267.SZ) announced that in order to consolidate and enhance the company's market position and technical capabilities in the field of optical modules, while improving R&D and production conditions and improving operational efficiency, the company's holding subsidiary Wuhan Junheng Technology Co., Ltd. (“Junheng Technology”) plans to invest in the construction of the “Junheng Technology R&D and Production Base Project” in Wuhan Donghu High-tech Zone to replace and enhance the production capacity of Junheng Technology's existing electronic plant at No. 3, No. 777, Guanggu 3rd Road, Wuhan Donghu High-tech Development Zone.

After the completion of the project, Junheng Technology's current production line will achieve a comprehensive technical upgrade with an annual production capacity of 1.5 million units. At the same time, the base will add a production line with an annual output of 2 million high-speed optical modules. The total annual production capacity of 3.5 million high-speed optical modules in the Wuhan region will be reached. After that, Junheng Technology's existing production plant will no longer be used. The total investment of the project is estimated at 309 million yuan, and the funding source is own funds or self-financing.
