12:03 AM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Saudi Arabia's Capital Market Authority is seeking public feedback on draft regulatory provisions for dealing in overseas financial markets with enhanced supervision. The proposed rules include the payment of a margin of at least 50% of the transaction value when dealing with external market securities, periodic monitoring, and banning margin trades on highly leveraged instruments or on companies whose accumulated losses are more than half their capital, according to a Sunday release. The consultation period ends on Oct. 27.
