The Zhitong Finance App learned that the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on September 25, Chairman of the Board of Directors Wang Yusuo increased his holdings of Xinao Energy (02,688) by 78,000 shares, at a price of HK$48.1,634 per share, for a total amount of about HK$3.7567 million. The latest number of shares held after the increase was approximately 398 million shares, with a shareholding ratio of 35.20%.

This transaction involves another related party: Zhao Baoju.
