The 5 investors plan to invest a total of RMB 160 million to subscribe for Lianwei Chuangyuan with an additional registered capital of RMB 16 million, and the Shanghai Lianwei Zhihe Pharmaceutical Information Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) has the right to subscribe to Lianwei Chuangyuan with an additional registered capital of RMB 17.4 million after the investor's delivery is completed. After all of the above capital increases are completed, Lianwei Chuangyuan's registered capital will increase from RMB 82.6 million to RMB 116 million.
