Quantifier issued an announcement stating that all conditions contained in the placement agreement have been fulfilled and completed on September 28, 2026. The joint placement agent has successfully placed a total of 42.908 million shares to no less than 6 undertakers in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, at an placement price of HK$3.40 per share, accounting for approximately 7.63% of the issued share capital (i.e. 563 million shares) of the company which expanded through allotment and issuance of placement shares after completion.
