The comprehensive production capacity has been further consolidated, the product structure has been continuously optimized, the supply of high-quality specialty livestock products has become richer, the level of large-scale farming and facilities has been steadily increased, and the scientific and technological support role has been further enhanced. The scale structure and industrial ecology have been further optimized, the role of large enterprises linking agriculture to agriculture has been further strengthened, the benefit-sharing mechanism has been gradually improved, the upstream and downstream industrial ecology is more collaborative, and the quality of development of small and medium-sized farmers has improved markedly. Major animal diseases have been effectively prevented and controlled, positive results have been achieved in cleaning up livestock and poultry diseases, the risk of zoonotic diseases has been steadily reduced, and the level of veterinary public health safety has been further improved. The quality and safety of livestock and poultry products has remained at a higher level, and the amount of veterinary antimicrobials used per unit of livestock and poultry products has declined overall. The green transformation has achieved new results. The level of resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure continues to rise, and a circular pattern combining farming and animal husbandry has basically formed.
