Sodexo Proposes Chair Nominee

12:59 AM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sodexo's (SW.PA) board proposed appointing Nathalie Bellon-Szabo as chairwoman to succeed Sophie Bellon, who has decided to step down from the role. Bellon-Szabo has served as a director of the French food services and facilities management company since 1989 and serves on both the nominating and sustainability committees. She will become nonexecutive chairwoman and step down from her operational responsibilities. Bellon-Szabo's appointment is subject to the renewal of her mandate at the Dec. 16 shareholders' meeting.
