The Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce issued the “Notice on Implementing Consumer Goods Trade-In Independent Category Subsidies”, deciding to implement the Consumer Goods Trade-In Independent Category Subsidy Campaign. The subsidy period starts on October 1, 2026 and ends on December 31, 2026. Subsidy funds are uniformly arranged from local supporting funds required for ultra-long-term special treasury bonds to support the trade-in of consumer goods, and total control is adopted, on a first-come, first-served basis, and as soon as they are replenished. According to the “Notice”, the subsidy categories are smart range hoods, smart household stoves, smart dishwashers, water purifiers, smart cleaning robots, smart toilets, digital cameras, smart drones, smart projectors, and smart headsets, with a total of 10 categories. The subsidy standard is 15% of the final sales price after deducting all discounts. Each consumer can subsidize 1 item of each category, with a maximum subsidy of 1,500 yuan per item.
