Unite Group Sells UK Development Site for GBP60 Million

The transaction was agreed at a 3% discount to the property's June book value, with completion scheduled for mid-October, according to a Wednesday filing. The disposal is reflected in the student accommodation owner and operator's group-adjusted EPS guidance of between 0.415 pound and 0.43 pound for full-year 2026. Unite also remains on track to complete disposals worth between 300 million pounds and 400 million pounds during the year.
