PPI Public Property Invest Hikes Preservium Property Takeover Offer to SEK278 Million

03:04 AM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- PPI Public Property Invest (PUBLI.ST, PUBLI.OL) increased its takeover proposal for fellow property company Preservium Property (PRESRV.ST) to 60.05 kronor per share from the original offer of 51.90 kronor per share. The revised offer has a valuation of 278.3 million kronor, marking an increase from the original valuation of 240.5 million kronor, according to a Wednesday filing. The consideration will comprise shares in the offeror Nordic property company and cash. Completion of the offer is subject to the approval of shareholders and relevant regulators, among other conditions.
