The Zhitong Finance App learned that data center power distribution and infrastructure product manufacturer Accelevation Holdings (ACCV.US) announced its initial public offering (IPO) terms. The company issued 30 million shares at 18 US dollars each (67% of which were secondary offerings), raising 540 million US dollars, and the issue price was lower than the previous pricing range of 20-24 US dollars.

According to information, the company manufactures and installs power distribution and empty space infrastructure within the data center. Its products and services include branch cabling, remote switchboards, PDUs and related monitoring, thermal management, and integrating on-site installation into factory prefabricated packaging solutions. The company earns revenue through product sales and installation and field service provided on-site by customers. Its customers include hyperscale, hosting, AI, and cloud operators.

In 2025, the company's revenue increased 147%, and as of June 30, 2026, it held approximately $1.1 billion in order reserves. The private equity firm Olympus Partners has controlled the company since early 2025 and will hold a majority of voting rights after this offering.

The Miamisburg, Ohio company will be traded on NASDAQ under the ticker ACCV. Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, Barclays, Bank of America Securities, Houlihan Lokey, Baird, William Blair, Piper Sandler, WR Securities, and Nomura Securities acted as joint bookkeepers for the transaction.
