Mantle to Buy Innovation Services Business D3IP in Up to GBP4.5 Million Deal

03:54 AM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Technology Minerals Plc (MNTL.L), d/b/a Mantle, signed binding heads of terms for the purchase of D3IP, an innovation services company that offers digital experimentation for defense, law enforcement, national security, and other public sectors. The natural-resource supply chain investor and developer will pay between 1.2 million pounds sterling and 4.5 million pounds to the seller, DII, as consideration, subject to a renewal of the commercial route to defense and a "material" uplift in revenue. The deal, which will mark Mantle's foray into the UK defense market, is subject to certain conditions.
