Spanish Current Account Surplus Rises in July

04:14 AM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Spain's current account surplus increased to 5.91 billion euros in July from the revised 3.47 billion euros in June, according to Bank of Spain data published Wednesday. In the seven months to July, the current account surplus totaled 24.57 billion euros, against 32.93 billion euros a year earlier.
