Proceeds from the proposed fundraise would support the publication of the full Lantern trial analyses and advance US Food and Drug Administration talks for its planned new drug application submission in mid-2027, as well as commercial pilots and further sales and marketing investment for Steriwave. The life sciences company's shares entered a voluntary trading pause on AIM Wednesday until the fundraise results are announced. Ondine also plans to launch a retail offer on the same terms.
