Tianjin Jianfa (02515): Chen Guang'an appointed as independent non-executive director

According to Zhitong Finance App, Tianjin Construction and Development (02515) issued an announcement. Mr. Xiao Shuming resigned as an independent non-executive director due to other personal reasons, effective from the end of the shareholders' meeting.

Mr. Chen Guangan was appointed as an independent non-executive director with effect from September 30, 2026. The term of office will last until the end of the current board of directors.

Since Mr. Xiao Shuming retired as an independent non-executive director, Mr. Xiao will no longer serve as Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee of the Company after the extraordinary shareholders' meeting. Since Mr. Chen Guangan was elected as an independent non-executive director, the board of directors resolved to appoint Mr. Chen as Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee.
