Easy Dianyun (02416): Zhang Bin was appointed as authorized representative and chief financial officer of the company

Zhitong Finance App News, Yi Dianyun (02416) issued an announcement. Due to personal career development plans, Mr. He Liang has resigned as the company's executive director and chief financial officer; the company's joint company secretary; and the company's authorized representative under section 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited stock listing rules, effective from September 30, 2026. Following his resignation, Mr. He Liang will not hold any position in the company.

Following the resignation of Mr. He Liang, the other joint company secretary, Mr. Pan Jianxi (who is qualified as a company secretary under section 3.28 of the Listing Rules) will remain in office and serve as the company's sole company secretary.

Mr. Zhang Bin has been appointed as an authorized representative and chief financial officer of the company with effect from September 30, 2026. Mr. Pan Jianxi will continue as another authorized representative.
