Green Economy (01315): Zhang Yanshuai appointed as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee

Mr. Zhang Shengman has retired as an independent non-executive director of the company in accordance with the provisions of Appendix C1 of the company's articles of association and listing rules, effective from the end of the annual shareholders' meeting on September 30, 2026. After Mr. Yu Zhang retired at the end of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Mr. Zhang also ceased to serve as the chairman of the Company's Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee.
