According to Zhitong Finance App, Beixin Building Materials (000786.SZ) issued an announcement. The company applied for registration to issue debt financing instruments from the China Interbank Market Dealers Association, and recently received a “Notice of Acceptance of Registration” from the Dealers Association (China Market Association Note [2026] PDFI104). According to the notice, the Association of Dealers decided to accept the registration of corporate debt financing instruments: the registration amount is RMB 6 billion, and the registration amount is valid for 2 years from the date of payment of the notice (September 24, 2026); it is co-underwritten by 21 banking institutions including Bank of Ningbo Co., Ltd.; ultra-short-term financing notes, medium-term notes, and perpetual notes can be issued in installments during the registration period.
