The business software maker posted revenue of $246 million in the period.

For the current quarter ending in November, Progress Software expects its per-share earnings to range from $1.24 to $1.33.

The company said it expects revenue in the range of $297 million to $305 million for the fiscal fourth quarter.

Progress Software expects full-year earnings in the range of $6.15 to $6.23 per share, with revenue ranging from $1.04 billion to $1.05 billion.
