Rémy Cointreau to Issue EUR250 Million of Hybrid Bonds

12:48 AM EDT, 10/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Rémy Cointreau (RCO.PA) priced 250 million euros of undated deeply subordinated bonds at a fixed rate of 6.75%, according to a Wednesday release. The French liquor company's first hybrid issue was 2.7 times oversubscribed. Settlement and delivery of the bonds are scheduled for Oct. 7, with the securities to be listed on the Euro MTF Market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. Net proceeds are earmarked for general corporate purposes, including debt refinancing. Rémy will have a first option to redeem the bonds early, from July 7, 2031 to Oct. 7, 2031.
