The British anti-terrorist police said on October 1, local time, that a 27-year-old man with dual nationality between Britain and Iran was arrested on suspicion of preparing to commit a terrorist act. Police said the arrest was related to a major security incident that occurred recently near the Royal Air Force's Fairford base.
