The Zhitong Finance App learned that Haotian International Construction Investment (01341) rose more than 56% after resuming trading. As of press release, it had risen 31.25% to HK$0.021, with a turnover of HK$174,800.

According to the news, on September 30, Haotian International Construction Investment announced its annual results for the year ended March 31, 2026, with revenue of HK$91 million, a year-on-year decrease of 37.24%; profit attributable to the owners of the company was HK$1 million, turning a year-on-year loss into a profit; and a profit of 0.01 HK cents per share.

Furthermore, Haotian International Construction Investment recently announced that the seller Haotian Energy Holdings Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a sales agreement with the buyer Tre 29 Investment (Holdings) Limited. According to this, the seller has agreed to sell back the sales shares, that is, 1,865 shares in its issued share capital (equivalent to about 8.05% of its issued share capital) at a cost of HK$42 million. The Board believes that it realizes part of its investment with the buyer and supplements the Group's cash reserves to meet other business needs and seize business opportunities.
