According to the news, on the evening of September 30, Pujiang China issued an announcement stating that it plans to allocate up to 33 million shares to finance shares, accounting for about 7.53% of the expanded share capital. The placement price is HK$4 per share, a discount of about 14.62% from the closing price of HK$4.685 on September 30. The total amount raised is about HK$132 million and the net amount raised is about HK$130.8 million. The company plans to use the net proceeds mainly for leasing computing power resources, improving R&D capabilities, expanding customer coverage and service capabilities, and general working capital. The net proceeds are expected to be fully utilized by the end of March 2027.
