Costain Lands Spot on GBP4.3 Billion UK Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Framework

The London-listed infrastructure group was named one of the framework's three collaborative partners for England and Wales, according to a Friday release. It will provide end-to-end engineering and infrastructure services in this role.
