07:53 AM EDT, 10/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- A software glitch in Boeing's (BCO.F) 737 Max aircraft was ruled not to be a safety concern, Bloomberg News reported Oct. 2, citing a Federal Aviation Administration panel. The ruling was backed by the pilots retaining complete control of the aircraft, with "clear and unambiguous" indications to the flight crew. The US planemaker will inform airlines about responding to situations where the malfunction occurs.
