12:09 AM EDT, 10/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Genmab's (GMAB.CO) rinatabart sesutecan, or Rina-S, was shown to help reduce tumor size in patients with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer in part C of the phase 1/2 Rainfol-01 trial. In an Oct. 3 release, the Danish biotechnology company reported a confirmed objective response rate of 45.9% among 109 patients, with five complete responses and a median duration of response of 12.1 months. Genmab also reported a median progression-free survival of 9.5 months for Rina-S in the trial. The study's part C assessed Rina-S in patients with platinum-resistant high-grade serous ovarian, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer who received three previous lines of therapy. The results were presented at the International Gynecologic Cancer Society Congress 2026 in Montreal, Canada.
