02:56 AM EDT, 10/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- JDE Peet's (JDEP.AS) parent Keurig Dr Pepper requested the Dutch coffee company's shareholders to transfer their shares by Oct. 16 as part of a squeeze-out process. The Enterprise Chamber of the Court of Appeal in Amsterdam previously set a public offer price of 31.85 euros per share, plus statutory interest from April 1 until the transfer date, for shares not already held by Keurig Dr Pepper, according to a Monday release. Shareholders who complete the voluntary transfer by the deadline are expected to be paid on Oct. 19. Shares not transferred voluntarily will pass to Keurig Dr Pepper by operation of law after the company deposits the consideration, plus accrued interest, with the Dutch consignment office.
