Rezolve AI PLC (NASDAQ:RZLV) said Monday it signed a worldwide reseller agreement with Mastercard Inc. (NYSE:MA), giving the payments giant the ability to market and sell Rezolve AI’s software and SaaS subscriptions globally.
The non-exclusive agreement creates a new distribution channel for Rezolve AI as businesses expand their use of artificial intelligence in digital commerce.
Under the agreement, Mastercard will coordinate the sales process and contract directly with resale customers.
The companies can also work together on customer evaluations, presentations, proposals and product demonstrations. Rezolve AI will provide technical support during that process.
However, each deployment will require a separate statement of work. Those agreements will determine the products, geography and commercial terms for individual customers.
The reseller agreement does not guarantee customer orders, minimum purchase volumes or revenue.

The agreement covers Rezolve AI tools for conversational commerce, intelligent search, product discovery, catalog enrichment and personalization. It also includes recommendations and technology that helps coordinate cart and checkout processes.
Rezolve AI said the technology can help businesses connect customer intent with relevant products as shopping becomes more conversational and driven by AI agents.
The platform also includes governance, policy controls and analytics tools that businesses can use to manage deployments within their own operating requirements.
Rezolve AI founder, Chairman and CEO Daniel M. Wagner said the Mastercard agreement could expand the company’s international reach and create a broader channel for turning customer opportunities into software subscriptions.
Wagner said Rezolve AI aims to provide the commerce infrastructure businesses need as AI agents take a larger role in product discovery and purchasing.
The company cautioned that future revenue will depend on factors including customer adoption, demand, competition and the ability to convert sales opportunities into signed deployments.
Price Action: Rezolve AI shares were up 8.50% at $2.23 and Mastercard shares were up 1.35% at $559.70 at the time of publication on Monday, according to Benzinga Pro data.
