According to the Zhitong Finance App, Jiufang Digital Intelligence (08238) announced that the preconditions for the subscription agreement have been met, and the issuance of convertible bonds with a total principal amount of HK$13.92 million has been completed on October 6, 2026. Based on the initial exchange price of HK$0.2 per share, convertible bonds can be converted to 69.6 million shares, equivalent to approximately 20.00% of the company's current issued share capital at the date of this announcement; and approximately 16.67% of the company's issued share capital expanded through the issuance of shares.
