With the approval of the company's shareholders, Xu Bin will also act as the company's legal representative. These appointments will take effect on October 1.

According to his resume, Xu Bin joined UBS in 2006 and has been working in securities research for a long time. Since September 2023, Xu Bin has been the director of the securities research department; since May 2026, he has been a member of the company's management committee.
