Guided by clinical needs, the “Guiding Opinions” will speed up the layout of fields such as cell and gene therapy, antibody drugs, nucleic acid drugs, radiopharmaceuticals, modern traditional Chinese medicine, medical artificial intelligence, and high-end medical devices, establish a list of key research and development, and implement a number of applied basic research projects and major scientific and technological projects. The dominant position of enterprise innovation will be further strengthened. To this end, Zhejiang will establish a leading and high-growth enterprise cultivation bank, and enterprises will lead or participate in no less than 80% of major provincial science and technology projects.
