Shell Raises Q3 Integrated Gas Output Guidance, Narrows Upstream Outlook

02:55 AM EDT, 10/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Shell (SHEL.L, SHELL.AS) updated its third-quarter integrated gas production guidance following the completion of its acquisition of ARC Resources in early September and revised its outlook for upstream production. The oil major now expects integrated gas production of 740,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day to 780,000 boe/d, compared with the previous guidance of 570,000 boe/d to 630,000 boe/d, according to a Wednesday filing. Upstream production is projected at 1.74 million boe/d to 1.84 million boe/d, narrowed from the previous outlook of 1.68 million boe/d to 1.88 million boe/d. Shell also expects an adjusted loss of $800 million to $600 million in its corporate division for the reporting period.
