CEPS Unit Buys Primary Teaching Services for GBP5 Million

04:09 AM EDT, 10/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- CEPS' (CEPS.L) 75%-owned Aford Awards Group unit purchased educational motivational products supplier Primary Teaching Services Ltd. for a total consideration of 4.6 million pounds sterling. The transaction, which was done via a newly incorporated company, was settled through cash, vendor and shareholder loan notes, and equity, according to a Wednesday filing. The deal also includes a deferred earn-out payment of up to 600,000 pounds, subject to performance targets for fiscal 2027. The industrial trading holding company noted that it will hold a 90% stake in Primary Teaching Services, while the acquired company's management will hold the rest.
