According to the Zhitong Finance App, Hongyang Real Estate (01996) announced that the contract sales amount of the company, subsidiaries and associated companies (groups) in September 2026 was RMB 126 million, a year-on-year decrease of 53.7%; the sales area was 5,857 square meters; the average sales price was RMB 2,1511 per square meter.

From January to September 2026, the Group achieved a cumulative contract sales amount of RMB 1,329 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 64.8%; the cumulative sales area was 131,000 square meters; the average sales price was RMB 10,148 per square meter.
