During the National Day holiday this year, the weather was fine in most parts of the country, demand for travel such as travel, family visits, and leisure was strong, and railway passenger traffic remained high. During the National Day holiday, railways across the country implement peak operation maps, coordinate high-speed rail and general speed capacity resources, effectively improve regional passenger transportation capacity, and operate about 13,000 passenger trains every day. From the night of October 1 and October 5 to the early morning of the next day, high-speed rail lines such as Beijing-Shanghai, Beijing-Guangzhou, and Beijing-Harbin will be operated at night, with a maximum of 700 additional trains in a single day. Before the National Day holiday this year, several new high-speed rail lines were opened on the same day, and the operating mileage of China's high-speed rail increased by more than 1,100 kilometers. During this National Day holiday, the new lines formed a new network, which not only provided convenient travel for travelers along the route, but also stimulated the vitality of holiday spending.
