The committee's recommendation follows an interim analysis indicating that the Unity study was unlikely to meet its primary endpoint, the immunology company said Thursday. Argenx plans to conduct a comprehensive review of the results once the study is closed and the database is locked to understand the outcome and guide potential future research into Sjögren's disease, a chronic inflammatory systemic autoimmune condition.
