Great Southern Copper Raises GBP2 Million to Fund Exploration in Chile

04:38 AM EDT, 10/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Great Southern Copper (GSCU.L) raised 2 million pounds sterling by issuing 133,333,333 new ordinary shares at 0.015 pound apiece. The Chile-focused copper-gold-silver exploration company said Thursday that it raised the funds to advance its exploration of the Mostaza copper-silver discovery and other selected targets in the copper-gold-silver prospective Especularita project in Chile. The company will use some of the proceeds for 1,000-meter reverse circulation drilling at its Artemisa porphyry prospect, as well as for corporate expenses and general working capital.
