According to the Export-Import Bank of China, on October 8, Chen Huaiyu, party committee secretary and chairman of the Export-Import Bank, held talks with Yang Dongsheng, party committee secretary and chairman of Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group Co., Ltd., in Beijing.
