Arkadian Proposes Share Consolidation for US OTCQB Listing

10:51 AM EDT, 10/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Arkadian Strategic Metals (AKN.L) is proposing a share consolidation to meet the minimum bid price requirement to list on the US OTCQB Venture Market, according to a Thursday release. The London-listed critical minerals explorer plans to consolidate every 1,500 existing ordinary shares into one new share, reducing its total share count to 17,320,770 from 25,981,155,000 before any further share issues. Shareholders will vote on the move at a general meeting set for Oct. 26. Consolidated shares are slated to begin trading on the London bourse's AIM segment on Oct. 27. Arkadian said the possible OTCQB listing would complement its existing listing on AIM.
