According to the news, on the evening of October 8, Jingxi International announced that the company was notified by Tokyo West Zhixing Group, the holding stock of the company, that all prerequisites for the sale agreement had been reached or exempted, and that the potential acquisition was completed on October 8. After completion, the seller transferred all of the shares of Jingxi Zhixing Group to Lixun Precision, and Lixun Precision indirectly held about 59.50% of the total issued shares and became the company's ultimate controlling shareholder.

According to public information, Jingxi Zhixing is a global tier-1 supplier of automobile suspension and braking systems. Formerly known as Delphi's chassis systems business, it was acquired by BJW as a whole in 2009. The company focuses on the two core product lines of suspension and braking. It is the only company in the world that also has the ability to develop magnetorheological suspension systems and large-scale mass production capabilities. It has more than 140 global patents for magnetorheological suspension.
