Zhitong Finance App News, Tianji Holdings (01520) announced that the Group has formally signed a letter of intent for strategic cooperation with OzBeat AI Group PTY LTD (OzBeat AI), an Australian artificial intelligence technology company. The two sides plan to develop strategic cooperation in the fields of artificial intelligence-generated content (AIGC), AI content identity and digital copyright infrastructure, AI digital employee systems, and creator services and commercialization ecosystems, and explore the integration of related technologies and applications into the Group's digital platform and future artificial intelligence business ecosystem.
I. AIGC content recognition and digital copyright infrastructure
The two sides intend to explore the application of the ISRC-AAM-CID artificial intelligence music recognition and disclosure framework promoted by the Australian AI Music Alliance and OzBeat AI to the Group's digital content ecosystem to provide basic support for AI-generated music and related digital content such as work recognition, AI participation disclosure, source records, and digital content binding. The “ISRC-AAM-CID 2.0 Discussion Draft” was released in August 2026, covering artificial intelligence music identification, AI usage disclosure, content source verification, and interaction mechanisms with existing music data infrastructure.
II. AI digital employees and enterprise-level artificial intelligence applications
The two sides plan to cooperate around the OzStaff AI artificial intelligence employee system under OzBeat AI to explore the application of AI digital employees in scenarios such as content creation, brand operation, digital marketing, customer service, process automation, creator services, and the physical industry.
III. Commercial ecosystem of AI content and creators
The two sides plan to explore AI music, short videos, digital people, creator tools and related digital content, establish service links covering creation, recognition, display, trading and commercialization, and study collaboration with the Group's existing and future digital platforms and ecological partners.
The Group has been actively exploring artificial intelligence applications, digital economy and related business opportunities based on intellectual property operations and creator ecosystems. The board of directors believes that this strategic cooperation is in line with the Group's long-term development direction of expanding the artificial intelligence and digital content ecosystem and improving AI platform service capabilities.
If the relevant cooperation is gradually implemented, it will help the Group to:
• Strengthen AIGC content recognition, AI usage disclosure and source recording capabilities;
• Explore AI digital employees and enterprise-level AI application scenarios;
• Expanding the commercial ecosystem of AI content, digital copyright and creator services; and
• Further connect with international digital content data and related industry ecosystems.
