N4 Group Launches EUR50 Million IPO on Euronext Growth Paris

02:35 AM EDT, 10/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- N4 Group commenced a 50 million-euro initial public offering on the Euronext Growth Paris, comprising 2,099,957 shares at 23.81 euros apiece, according to a Friday filing. The offering includes a 7 million-euro capital increase and 43 million euros in existing shares sold by shareholders. An extension clause and an overallotment option allow for additional sales of up to 314,993 and 362,242 shares, respectively. The integrated fitness, sports nutrition, health and wellness group use 6.1 million euros of the net proceeds to fund industrial capacity expansion and international growth, particularly in Belgium, Spain and Italy. The offer closes Oct. 20, with trading expected to begin Oct. 26 under the ALN4 ticker.
