Midea Imaging holds 77.5037% of Shanghai Lu Zi's share and the company still holds 22.4963% of the share. Midea Group has become the actual controller of Shanghai Lu Zi, and Shanghai Lu Zi and its Baisheng Group have become related parties to the company. Shanghai Lu Zi will cancel the fund's status. From January to September 2026, the company traded a total of about 66.8 million yuan with Yum Sheng Group.
