Bohai Leasing announced that AALL, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the holding subsidiary Avolon, signed a “Purchase Agreement” and related agreement with Boeing on October 9, 2026. It plans to purchase 140 B737 MAX series aircraft, with a total value of no more than US$26.953 billion based on catalogue prices. Delivery is expected to be completed one after another before the end of 2036, and is yet to be submitted to the company's shareholders' meeting for approval.
