Lun Shumin reduced her holdings of Huijing Holdings (09968) by 80 million shares at a price of HK$0.185 per share

The Zhitong Finance App learned that the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on October 8, Lun Shumin reduced her holdings of Huijing Holdings (09968) by 80 million shares, at a price of HK$0.185 per share, for a total amount of about HK$14.8 million. After the reduction in holdings, the latest number of shares held was approximately 3.842 billion shares, and the latest shareholding ratio was 73.13%.

This transaction involves a related party: Lun Zhu Jun.

Additional information: Lun Shuk Man and Lun Chu Kwan are parties to a s.317 SFO agreement. Lun Shuk Man owns 39% of Wui Ying Holdings Ltd (holding 3,797,331,000 shares) and 100% of Wui Shing Holdings Ltd (holding 44,659,000 shares). By virtue of the SFO, Lun Shuk Man is involved in the shares held by both companies, contributed an aggregated interest of 3,841,990,000 shares.
